This will be the singer’s second Super Bowl performance.
The Super Bowl halftime performance in 2024 will feature Usher!
On February 11, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, the singer, 44, will perform at the historic halftime show, sponsored by Apple Music.
Usher is shown receiving an urgent call from Kim Kardashian in a video posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, promoting his upcoming concert. Kardashian informs the musician about his headliner spot.
This will be Usher’s second Super Bowl performance. When the Black Eyed Peas headlined the halftime show back in 2011, he previously performed with them.
Rihanna headlined the event the previous year and announced mid-performance that she was planning a second child with A$AP Rocky.
“It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before,” Usher said in a statement.
“Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen,” the “Yeah!” vocalist proceeded. ” I’ll see you real soon.”
JAY-Z, whose Roc Country organization is getting back to deliver the halftime show for the fifth year, said in his own articulation, “Usher is the ultimate artist and showman. Ever since his debut at the age of 15, he’s been charting his own unique course. Beyond his flawless singing and exceptional choreography, Usher bares his soul.”
“His remarkable journey has propelled him to one of the grandest stages in the world. I can’t wait to see the magic,” added the rapper, 53, who has teamed up with Usher on melodies “Hot Tottie,” “Anything” and “Best Thing.”
Super Bowl LVIII will air live on CBS on Feb. 11, 2024.
