Taylor Swift cancel her concert in Argentina upon the arrival of Travis Kelce

Hours before Taylor Swift was scheduled to perform, on November 10, her “Eras Tour” event was postponed.

Swift, 33, revealed on Instagram that the performance will now take place on Sunday, Nov. 12.

“I love a rain show but I’m never going to endanger my fans or my fellow performers and crew,” Swift wrote. “We’ve rescheduled tonight’s Buenos Aires show for Sunday due to the weather being so truly chaotic it would be unsafe to try and put on this concert. Good news is I get to stay in Argentina longer!!”

Swift will spend three nights in Rio de Janeiro after her stay in Argentina.

Page Six reports that Swift’s purported boyfriend, Travis Kelce, also touched down in Buenos Aires on Friday. He is reportedly in the nation of South America to assist Swift as she begins the global leg of “The Eras Tour.”

A Swift spokeswoman did not immediately reply to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

Swift and Travis first became lovers on September 24, when the singer of “1989 (Taylor’s Version)” was sighted at a Kansas City Chiefs game. Ever since, Swift has made a few trips to see the NFL star play, and the two have been photographed out to dinner in New York City.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who won’t be playing until November 20, has a bye week and some spare time.

During the bye week, Travis had alluded to a possible move “down South” in a recent “New Heights” podcast episode with his brother.

“Got anything you’re looking forward to going to?” Inquired Jason Kelce.

“My skin’s getting real pale, so I gotta go somewhere sunny,” Travis teased.

“Somewhere south?” Jason quipped, and Travis added, “Closer to the equator.”

Jason then asked, “South of the equator?” in an attempt to be more precise in his inquiry.

Swift was given positive news on Friday when the 2024 Grammy Award nominees were revealed, despite the cancellation of the show. Swift and Barbra Streisand are tied for the record number of Grammy nominations for album of the year received by a female artist. The singer-songwriter received six nominations for “Midnights”.

A nomination for song of the year was also made for “Anti-Hero”.
