U.S. Gymnastics Championships 2025: Streaming, TV Channel, and Start Times

America’s best gymnasts are traveling to New Orleans, Louisiana, as the 2028 Olympic countdown gets underway. The top men’s and women’s gymnasts in the country will compete for national titles at the 2025 U.S. Gymnastics Championships from August 7–10.

Bronze medalists Brody Malone, Fred Richard, Asher Hong, and Stephen Nedoroscik, as well as 2024 Olympic gold medalist Hezly Rivera, are among the well-known figures making a return.

In order to qualify for the 2025 World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia, the championships represent a significant milestone. In late September, athletes will wait for an invitation to the World Team Selection Event in New Orleans, where they will try to secure seats on the U.S. national team.

Both junior and senior divisions compete over two sessions during the four-day event. USA Gymnastics will announce the 2025 U.S. National Team and the all-around and event champions after the second day of competition concludes.

How to Watch the Gymnastics Championships in the United States

On Thursday, August 7, the opening day of men’s competition kicks off the U.S. Championships. On Friday, August 8, the junior and senior women will compete. The U.S. National Team selection and the all-around and event winners will be announced on the second and last days of competition.
