The remaining 16 teams from the initial 48-team field will compete in the third round of the 2025 NCAA DI men’s soccer tournament, which starts on Saturday, November 29 and runs through Sunday, November 30. There are 26 teams chosen at randomly and automatic qualifiers from 22 conferences. First-round byes were granted to the top 16 teams according on their seeding.
