Chelsea is one of 12 UEFA qualifiers for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which has been extended.
The Premier League team joined fellow English team Manchester City in the league after qualifying as one of the 2021–2024 UEFA Champions League champions.
Despite playing in the UEFA Conference League this season, the Blues are in a great position because of their Champions League-level performances in the past, including their 2021 championship.

Chelsea FIFA Club World Cup 2025 fixture schedule
Chelsea’s first game at the tournament will be against LAFC, the team that replaced Mexican side Club Leon, before facing Flamengo and Esperance.

What time does the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup begin?
Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami will play Al Ahly in the opening match of the FIFA Club World Cup group stage on June 14, 2025, at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. The tournament will take place in the United States in the summer of 2025.
The competition will continue the next month, with the top two teams from each of the eight groups of four moving on to the Round of 16 and the knockout stage. The final will be held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 13, 2025.

Stage of the Group
At Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Chelsea takes on LAFC to begin their group-stage campaign.
Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field will host their second and third games.
Stage of Knockout
Chelsea will play their Round of 16 match at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium on June 29 if they win their group, and on July 5 they might play in a quarterfinal back in Atlanta.
They will play the winners of Group C at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte if they advance to the knockout stages as runners-up, with a possible quarterfinal return trip to Philadelphia.
MetLife Stadium hosts the semifinals and final.
