The No. 1 Hoosiers’ 27-21 victory over No. 10 Miami (Fla.) on Monday night not only clinched a flawless season, but also meant 12 brackets ended perfect in NCAA.com’s College Football Bracket Challenge. Eleven games, eleven right picks.
Indiana was the most popular national champion prediction in the CFBCG this year, with 28.1 percent of brackets predicting the Hoosiers to win it all. However, Miami’s surprising run to the title game eliminated many brackets, with only 2.72 percent of brackets projecting the Hurricanes to win the championship. In fact, 85.88 percent of brackets had No. 2 Ohio State or No. 3 Georgia in the title game, and neither team advanced past the semifinals.
