This weekend’s 2025 Laver Cup pits the top tennis players in Europe against the rest of the world. The Laver Cup will take place in the United States for the first time since it was created in 2017. The Chase Center in San Francisco, California, will host the 2025 international tennis competition. Yannick Noah is captain of Team Europe, which consists of Carlos Alcaraz, Alexander Zverev, Holger Rune, Casper Ruud, Jakub Menšík, and Flavio Cobolli. Andre Agassi is the captain of Team World, which consists of Taylor Fritz, Alex de Minaur, Francisco Cerúndolo, Alex Michelsen, João Fonseca, and Reilly Opelka.

A team of European tennis players competes against players from across the world in the Laver Cup, a three-day tennis tournament. Every day, three singles matches and one doubles match pit Team Europe against Team World. One point is awarded for victories on Friday, two points on Saturday, and three points on Sunday. The first team to score 13 points wins the trophy.
