This Week’s Streaming NCAA College Volleyball Games: August 25–31

Eastern Kentucky vs Charleston – 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 29

Charleston, who was selected as the CAA preseason favorite, has a lot of work ahead of them this season after beating Hofstra and Towson for the top place by a few points.

Charleston finished 25-9 in 2024, losing only to the Pacific Tigers at home in their own College of Charleston Classic.

With a 21-10 record at the end of the 2024 season, Eastern Kentucky advanced to the semifinals of the Atlantic Sun Conference Volleyball Tournament before falling to FGCU, the top-seeded school.

St. Catherine vs No. 5 Emory – 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 30

The 2025 season for St. Catherine will begin on Emory’s field at the Jenny McDowell Tournament in Atlanta, Georgia.

To begin their season, the St. Paul, Minnesota club will travel a considerable distance. Their team had a 20-9 overall record at the end of 2024, and their 9 conference victories tied Bethel for second place in the MIAC, behind Gustavus Adolphus College.

According to the AVCA Coaches preseason poll, Emory is ranked as the fifth-best D3 team going into the weekend. The Eagles dominated the competition with three resounding victories at this same event last year. They lost to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the NCAA quarterfinals the previous season.
