Tufts Wins National Glory in 2025 NCAA DIII Men’s Lacrosse

The men’s lacrosse team from Tufts University defeated Dickinson College 25–8 on May 25 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, to secure the 2025 NCAA Division III national championship. The Jumbos’ victory solidifies their position as a dominant force in Division III lacrosse and celebrates their fifth overall and second consecutive national title.

Under head coach Casey D’Annolfo’s direction, Tufts finished the season with a 23-0 record and no losses. The Jumbos opened with a 10–0 run and dominated the rest of the game, showcasing their offensive brilliance in the title game. Brooks Hauser played a major role in the record-breaking effort, leading the squad with four goals and four assists.

Tufts made history in 2025 when they scored 25 goals in the NCAA Division III championship game, setting a new scoring record. With this win, they also extended their winning streak from the previous season to 28 games.

Throughout the tournament, Tufts consistently displayed their superiority, winning handily against Rhodes (15–7), St. Lawrence (14–8), Gettysburg (17–8), and Bowdoin (26–11) on their way to the championship.

This year’s tournament began with first round action on Wednesday, May 7, and concluded with the championship game on Sunday, May 25, at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

History of the 2025 DIII Men’s Lacrosse Championship-

Tufts defeated Dickinson 25–8 in the national championship game to win the 2025 NCAA DIII men’s lacrosse championship. This victory is the program’s fifth national championship.
