NCAA DII Baseball Championship 2025: Bracket, Seeds, and Regional Hosts

The USA Baseball training complex in Cary, North Carolina, is the setting for the NCAA D2 Baseball tournament, where teams are hoping to make it to the Championship competition finals.

Regionals are being hosted by sixteen teams, including Tampa and Angelo State, the previous two national winners. Double-elimination is used in the Regionals, and the winners move on to Super Regional locations to compete in best-of-three series.

In the championship event, which will take place in Cary after the Super Regionals, eight teams will compete in a double-elimination tournament before a best-of-three series will determine the winner.

The first round of each bracket, divided by regional host locations, is as follows:

Atlantic Region:

Regional #1 – Millersville

Regional #2 – West Chester

Super Regionals 

Super regionals will take place from Thursday, May 22 to Saturday, May 24 to set the field of eight teams for Cary.

The Best Teams in the NCAA D2 Baseball League

With regionals being hosted by Tampa and Angelo State, both of the teams that fought for the national championship the previous season are back in the bracket. In the previous season, Tampa won 8-3, a resounding victory, owing to a six-run sixth inning. With its tenth national championship, Tampa hopes to win two straight this season.
