The 2025 WNBA regular season is coming to an end, and the playoff picture is starting to take shape. With two games left on their schedule, the Minnesota Lynx secured the No. 1 overall seed and homecourt advantage throughout the tournament, but there are still many games left to decide the seedings.
Following recent wins by the Indiana Fever and the expansion Golden State Valkyries, seven clubs have guaranteed postseason berths this year. The Seattle Storm must defeat the Los Angeles Sparks, who are one defeat away from elimination, to secure the last playoff spot. In addition, the Atlanta Dream and Las Vegas are vying for the second spot, which will be useful if both teams make it to the semifinals.
