The regional round of the 2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament is coming to an end.

As regionals conclude on June 1 and 2 across 16 host sites, the field in contention for the 2025 College World Series will have shrunk from the original 64 teams to just 16. Eight teams advance to the CWS at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska, after the super regionals, which are hosted at eight host locations, the next stage.

Although the top eight seeds often get to host the super regional round, early upsets in the regional round could change the possible host locations.

When are the super regionals for the NCAA baseball tournament?

The super regionals for the 2025 NCAA baseball tournament are set to start on June 6 and end on June 9. To decide who proceeds to the College World Series (CWS), 16 teams will compete in three-game series across eight super regional locations.
