The Masked Singer is returning for Season 12. Premiering September 25 at 8pm ET/7pm CST on FOX, the long-running show features familiar faces, including judges Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, Rita Ora, and host Nick Cannon, all returning from Season 11. Of course, it wouldn’t be The Masked Singer without a few surprises, and there are some new developments that will delight fans old and new.

Now that the show is on FOX broadcasting, anyone with cable or an antenna should be able to watch The Masked Singer, depending on where you live. If you no longer have cable TV or live somewhere that doesn’t reliably receive over-the-air TV channels, there are a few ways you can watch the Season 12 premiere live.
If you want to watch old episodes of The Masked Singer, Tubi, owned by FOX, is your best bet. This free, ad-supported streaming service includes live TV and news channels, but you can’t watch the premiere live on Tubi. The free streamer doesn’t require a subscription and airs old episodes of The Masked Singer.
What’s new in Season 12?
All of the judges from Season 11, Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora, will return, as will host Nick Cannon. However, the show includes some new twists, including some clues that will help fans figure out the singer’s true identity. The show introduces ambassadors who were contestants from previous seasons and have connections to the singer. Dick Van Dyke and Jewel have been confirmed as ambassadors for this season.
The masks for Group A this season are Buffalo, Woodpecker, Leaf Sheep, Show Bird, and Ship. Group B includes Chess Piece, Dust Bunny, Bluebell, Hornet, and Slime. The participants in Group C are Sherlock Hound, Royal Knight, Strawberry Shortcake, Ice King and Macaron.
