The 2025 DII field hockey championship was won by No. 3 Shippensburg, who defeated No. 1 Newberry 3-2 in overtime. With the game-winning goal from senior Kelly Naudé, the Raiders won their first championship since 2021 and fifth in the previous ten years.
In a selection show on NCAA.com on Sunday, November 9, the eight teams that will compete in the single-elimination tournament were announced. The first round started on November 15 and the championship match was held on Sunday, November 23.
