The 2025 WNBA All-Star Game is scheduled for Saturday, July 19, at 8:30 p.m. ET at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN.
On Sunday, June 29, the Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier and Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark were named the All-Star team captains. The 13 WNBA coaches chose the reserves on Sunday, July 6, while the remaining eight starters were announced on Monday, June 30.
However, several players were well-known at their individual NCAA programs prior to the WNBA. Every one of the 24 athletes played college basketball.

Breakdown in College
Many athletes from many schools are competing in the All-Star game. South Carolina has three players, right behind Notre Dame and UConn, the 2025 national champions, who have four each. The only other program with two or more participants is Oregon.
During their collegiate careers, six All-Stars have won at least one national championship. Collier, Stewart, and Gabby Williams won the 2016 championship at UConn.
