2025 NCAA DIII Baseball Championship bracket

A selection show was held on May 12 on NCAA.com to reveal the 64-team field for the 2025 NCAA DIII baseball championship. Classic Auto Group Park in Eastlake, Ohio is the site of the regional round, which runs through the weekend and ends on June 5.

The competition in 2025 will have 64 teams playing in 16 regional brackets, each with four teams, using a double-elimination system.

History of NCAA DIII Baseball Championship

The NCAA DIII Baseball Championship has crowned national champions annually since 1976, showcasing the depth and competitiveness of collegiate baseball at the DIII level. Over the decades, several programs have etched their names into the history books with multiple titles, while others have achieved historic firsts.

In 2024, Misericordia University captured its first-ever national championship by defeating Wisconsin-Whitewater in a best-of-three series at Classic Park in Eastlake, Ohio. This victory marked a significant milestone for the program, highlighting the dynamic and evolving landscape of Division III baseball.

Historically, Marietta College stands out as the most successful program in DIII baseball, boasting six national titles. Their championships came in 1981, 1983, 1986, 2006, 2011, and 2012, reflecting a legacy of sustained excellence.
