The NCAA has revealed the 80 teams and 32 student-athletes that have been chosen to compete as individuals in the 2025 NCAA DII Men’s Golf Championships regional tournament. May 8–10 is when the regional play will take place.
The top two student-athletes without a team and the top three teams from each regional will go to the finals, which will take place at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, from May 19–23. With a maximum of seven teams from each zone, the remaining eight team berths will be distributed according to the regions represented in the head-to-head medal play section of the championships the year before. Palm Beach Atlantic and the Palm Beach County Sports Commission will host the finals.
Four regional locations will host tournaments, with the following regional pairings:
- Atlantic and East
- Central and Midwest
- South and Southeast
- South Central and West

In the head-to-head medal play final at the 2024 championships, Colorado Christian defeated North Georgia 3-2 to win their first-ever national championship in both school and golf history. Wyatt Provence, a freshman at West Texas A&M, won individual medals with a 54-hole total of twelve-under par 201. Winter Garden, Florida’s Orange County National Golf Center served as the venue for the championships.
