On September 12, Justin Allgaier will start the Food City 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Sam Mayer was less than a tenth of a second faster than Allgaier’s qualifying lap time of 15.843 seconds.
The Xfinity Series begins in the Round of 12 and the event on Friday is the first playoff race.
