Excitement is building as the 2025 Masters approaches. When the top golfers in the world vie for the coveted green jacket in Augusta, all eyes will be on them. Scottie Scheffler, ranked No. 1 in the world, is aiming for his third Masters title and second consecutive jacket.
Due to his outstanding performance last year, where he finished with a final score of 11-under (277) and four strokes ahead of Ludvig Åberg, Scheffler is the early favorite going into the 89th edition of the Masters Tournament. With this win, he became the fourth-youngest golfer to win more than one green jacket.
In addition, Rory McIlroy is the clear favorite to win his first major title since 2014. He just won the Players Championship in March and Pebble Beach in February. Even though he has placed in the top 10 seven times at The Masters, including second to Scottie Scheffler in 2022, he has not yet won at Augusta.
