World Athletics Relays 2025 live broadcast

This Saturday and Sunday, Peacock and CNBC will broadcast live coverage of the World Athletics Relays, which will determine the winners of the 4×100- and 4×400-meter competitions.

Every day at 7 a.m. ET, coverage starts from Guangzhou, China.

World Championship qualifying rounds for the men’s and women’s 4×100- and 4×400-meter events, as well as the mixed 4×400-meter event, will take place on Saturday in addition to heats in the new mixed-gender 4×100-meter event.

The mixed 4×100-meter final is the first event on Sunday. The remaining five events will subsequently have their World Championship qualifying rounds and finals.

In the men’s and women’s 4×100- and 4×400-meter events, as well as the mixed 4×400-meter event, the top 14 teams advance to the World Championships in Tokyo in September.

Depending on world rankings, the final two World Championships berths in each event will be given out later this summer.

Although it is not scheduled for the World Championships in September, the mixed 4×100-meter relay will debut at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

The United States won three of the five relay golds in the Olympics in Paris after winning four of the five events at the 2024 World Relays.

TeeTee Terry (4x100m gold medalist in Paris), Erriyon Knighton (fourth in the 200m at the last two Olympics), and Kenny Bednarek (two-time Olympic 200m silver medalist) are on the U.S. team this time.

Olympic gold medalists Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Yohan Blake, as well as silver medalist Kishane Thompson of Jamaica and gold medalist Andre De Grasse of Canada, are among the international talents.
