Season 2 of the post-apocalyptic drama Paradise, starring Sterling K. Brown, Julianne Nicholson, and newcomers Shailene Woodley and Thomas Doherty, premieres a little more than a year after the first season in January 2025.

Sara Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Krys Marshall, and others returned to the ensemble and the bunker in the latest installment, which was executive produced, showrun, and created by Dan Fogelman. Star Brown also serves as the series’ executive producer.

Season 2 of Paradise premieres Monday, February 23.

How many episodes are there in Season 2 of Paradise? Will they all drop at once?

Season two consists of eight episodes. Season one had the same amount. The first three episodes of the new season will broadcast on Monday, February 23. Then, one new episode will be released each week until March 30. Find the whole launch below:

What is Season 2 of Paradise about?

Xavier (Brown) searches for his wife, Dr. Teri Rodgers-Collins (Enuka Okma), three years after The Day, or the end of life as humans have known it for generations. Out in the world, the Secret Service Agent discovers how others survived the catastrophe, which forced many to the underground bunker setting depicted at the end of Season 1’s first episode. As the bunker deals with the effects from the previous season, more truths about the city’s origins develop, and the social system struggles.

Who appears in Season 2 of Paradise?

Aside from Brown, Nicholson, Shahi, Bloom, and Marshall, Percy Daggs IV will play Beetee Latier’s son Ampert in the next Hunger Games: The Sunrise on the Reaping (2026), while Aliyah Mastin will play Xavier’s son James Collins and daughter Presley Collins. Woodley plays Annie Clay, while Doherty portrays the recurring character Link.
