Here’s When and Where to Watch ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ Season 3

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 cast at Cousins Beach

Prepare yourselves for a summertime return to Cousins.

On July 16, the third and last season of the romantic TV series “The Summer I Turned Pretty,” which is based on the best-selling novel trilogy by Jenny Han, will debut on Amazon Prime Video.

As they deal with life, growing pains, and one incalculable loss, the show, which spans several summers, centers on the continuous love triangle between Belly (Lola Tung) and brothers Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno).

Belly puts her past and her feelings for her first love, Conrad, behind her as she concentrates on her future and her developing connection with Jeremiah in the “The Summer I Turned Pretty” Season 2 finale.

However, the past, particularly Conrad, tends to resurface at the most inconvenient times for Belly, who struggles, yet may not succeed, in suppressing her emotions. By the end of summer, Belly faces a monumental choice that will alter the trajectory of their lives forever.
Here’s what you need to know about Season 3 of “The Summer I Turned Pretty,” including viewing options.

What happens in Season 3 of ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty?’

While we at USA TODAY aren’t big on spoilers, we can reveal that by summer’s end, Belly will make a choice about whom to give her love to. (A little hint: If you’re eager to find out how it all concludes, consider reading the books, especially the third installment.)
The new season begins with Belly, who is excited for another summer in Cousins alongside Jeremiah after completing her junior year in college. (Everyone, including Jeremiah, is aware that Conrad still holds a special place in Belly’s heart.)
“Her future appears to be on a clear path, until some life-altering events bring her first love, Conrad, back into her world,” states the official logline for Season 3. “Now standing on the edge of adulthood, Belly finds herself at a pivotal moment and must choose which brother truly has her heart. This summer will be unlike any other.”
While Belly’s choice takes center stage in Season 3, other character developments, such as those of Taylor and Steven, will also shine in their own right.
