Emmy Awards 2025: Start Time, TV Schedule and How to Watch

Television programs that premiered between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025, will be featured at the 77th Emmy Awards. The ceremony will announce the winners of numerous additional acting categories and the best program in each of the three genre categories after last weekend’s Creative Arts Emmys.

On Saturday, September 13 at 8 p.m. ET and PT, FXX will broadcast the Creative Arts Emmys show. Through October 7, they will also be available for streaming on Hulu.

The Emmys red carpet will be shown live on E! on Sunday, September 14th, starting at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. The night’s nominees and arrivals will be discussed by actress Bresha Webb, Melissa Peterman of Happy’s Place, designer Christian Siriano, and style expert Zanna Roberts Rassi before the main event.

This year, the show will be hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze. During Season 50, he was the host of Saturday Night Live twice before.

Who is scheduled to present at the Primetime Emmys in 2025?

In a reunion honoring the 25th anniversary of the beloved drama series, Stephen Colbert will present with Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel from Gilmore Girls. Following the Netflix premiere of Wednesday Season 2, another mother-daughter team, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Jenna Ortega, will also appear.

Additionally scheduled are Sydney Sweeney, Eric Dane, and Colman Domingo from Euphoria. Stars from Paradise, The Studio, and The White Lotus are just a few of the numerous presenters.

Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), Jean Smart (Hacks), Kristen Bell (Nobody Wants This), and Uzo Aduba (The Residence) are among the nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy. Adam Brody (Nobody Wants This), Jason Segel (Shrinking), Martin Short (Only Murders in the Building), and Jeremy Allen White (The Bear) are among the nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy.

Among the nominees for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama are Bella Ramsey from The Last of Us, Britt Lower from Severance, Sharon Horgan from Bad Sisters, Kathy Bates from Matlock, and Keri Russell from The Diplomat. Sterling K. Brown (Paradise), Gary Oldman (Slow Horses), Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us), Adam Scott (Severance), and Noah Wyle (The Pitt) are among the nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama.
