Apple Music Replay launched its yearly recap today, and alongside that individualized account of the year’s activity, Apple has also disclosed the most played songs of the year globally, plus a lot more.

It’s the time of year when we all get to see and discuss our music listening habits. Additionally, Apple has disclosed the most popular songs worldwide today along with the release of Apple Music Replay 2025.

Here are the global top five most popular Apple Music songs this year:

  1. ROSÉ & Bruno Mars, “APT.”
  2. Kendrick Lamar & SZA, “luther”
  3. Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars, “Die With A Smile”
  4. Kendrick Lamar, “Not Like Us”
  5. Billie Eilish, “BIRDS OF A FEATHER”

Note: Apple’s end-of-year charts track plays from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. Taylor Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl,” for instance, was only available for less than a month during that time.

The top 100 playlists for the USA and other countries, the top 100 Shazam, the top 100 most-read lyrics, and more are all available within the Apple Music app.

Apple has also released some fascinating facts from the year’s listening, such as that KPop Demon Hunters’s “Golden” spent 70 straight days at #1 on the Daily Top 100—the most total days any song was in the top spot. Also, Morgan Wallen has 12 songs in the Top 100—more than any other artist—led by “I’m The Problem” at #18. It’s significantly higher at #4 on the USA charts.
